Shipping & Delivery Policy – Goodnex Pharma
At Goodnex Pharma, we are committed to delivering your health and wellness products safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship orders across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
- Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/rural locations: Delivery may take longer due to courier service limitations.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, strikes, or natural calamities.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 (depending on location) will apply.
- COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may carry an additional handling fee.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
- You can track your shipment on the respective courier partner’s website using this ID.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, and we may cancel/refund the order (excluding shipping charges).
7. Damaged / Missing Shipments
- If your package is tampered with, damaged, or items are missing, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@goodnexpharma.com within 24 hours.
- We will investigate and issue a replacement/refund as applicable.
8. Delays Beyond Control
Goodnex Pharma is not liable for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Courier delays, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen events.
